"I ordered ahead for a 6:30 pickup and turns out there was a bit of a delay from a giant catering order (I'm talking a few large boxes), which is significant to explain that the workers were probably held up a lot. Yet my order was still completed by 6:35. While I didn't expect such swiftness, it's still appreciated. So five stars! Commendable!"

"I was served tonight by Joey and Kyle. Their service was exceptional. Despite long lines, and serving me towards the end of their shift, Joey and Kyle treated me with utmost respect and quickly put together my order. They were attentive listeners and kind. Despite being new on the job, Joey made sure to get my order right and Kyle's friendliness as I paid made my evening. Both Joey and Kyle deserve a raise."

"Remember when this location was good? Workers to busy talking we have to let the line form first. That’s right you didn’t say to add this to your bowl. Should I start another? Guacamole has full slices of avocado that never got mixed in. Cheese wasn’t finished being graded got a full piece. I recommend getting the burrito next time. Then they may attempt to give you a full serving. Tables are dirty and another customer commented as he had to start bussing his own table. 2 is a crowd in line after all. Bathroom is growing mold in the drain. (Hand sanitizer expired a year ago) Garbages over flowing. Btw their Alcoholic Beverage license expired in March. It may be worth the health inspector dropping by."

"I previously wrote a poor review, and wanted to update. After going back many more times, I realized this place consistently has great service, and it was a one-time miscommunication issue that happened with my previous order. Usually, I'll order through the app, drive to the store right away, and my order is almost always ready when I get there or within a minute or two. This time, I arrived a bit later, and somebody had taken my order. The staff rushed to get my order together as soon as possible, and I felt like a priority customer. I ordered a quesadilla, burrito bowl, and taco, and it was ready again within two or three minutes. Hefty servings. Great service. Great staff!"
