"I go here on a regular basis. I have Celiac and am very sensitive to gluten. Last time I went, I accidentally pushed ramen noodles instead of rice, and they switched it out for me and refunded the extra charge for the noodles. The manager even came out to make sure everything was okay. The outdoor seating is pleasant, ordering on the tablets can take a minute to figure out if you aren't familiar with them (usually, unless you push a wrong button like me), the service is quick, and the food is good. I also have a service animal, and have never had problems bringing him into this space."

"I had an exceptional experience at Poke Works, where I was assisted by Mayra Mancera. Their attention was friendly and professional from the moment I walked through the door. Mayra helped me choose the perfect ingredients for my poke burrito, and her knowledge of the different flavors and combinations was impressive. When I came home it was such a disappointment- half of the toppings were not there- no edamame, no surimi salad, .. there were only salad leaves, cabbage and corn and barely any fish I payed 20$ for it and it is just tastes like nothing!! Look at the picture, does it look like $20 worth meal? Shame"
