"I ordered #12- sparerib noodle soup with large flat noodles and I added a tea egg (tea egg is a must!) These are the large and flat noodles. And my goodness….. these were the best texture. Perfect thin/thickness and had a fresh chew Not to mention there was so much meat… and the broth was delicious. Nothing felt too oily. It was just the right amount. I can eat a good amount, and I’d say it’s just perfect with a cold appetizer The Chinese potato salad was excellent. I also love that it comes with a cold cabbage slaw with Serrano peppers. Slightly sweet, acidic, and spicy to balance out the noodles."
"Underrated spot in Mountain View - the beef noodle soup and dumplings were authentic, cheap, and tasty. The fried rice was nothing special but done well. It could have used a little more salt. I got the noodles in chili oil, and according to my friend, it was not authentic. I liked the flavors but I think the dish could have used more chili oil. Overall, this is a great value meal and I’d definitely come back."
"The wood ear mushrooms were simple yet delicious, offering a savory flavor. The hand-made pork and chive dumplings were juicy and moist, while the combination dumplings provided a pleasant sweetness from the shrimp. The cold beef dish was average, though still worth sampling, although I would have preferred it to be spicier. The hand-pulled noodles, a signature dish of the restaurant, were hearty and highly recommended. Overall, a satisfactory dining experience with some standout dishes. Service was good and quick, though I wish they had better ventilation to the standard 72-74 degrees, because it does get hot inside and some dishes are spicy and will make you sweet."
"Came here with a reservation on a Sunday night with my family and didn't need a reservation since it wasn't too busy! Good: - Super great Asian food - loved the hand pulled noodles here - they were a perfect texture and loved the tomato egg one, and the zhajiang version - The dumplings were super juicy - Super new and clean interior - Pretty cheap as well! - Fast food service - came really quickly after ordering Bad: - It's a pretty simple place, food is great but the experience isn't something special Overall I really still liked this place and it was a really solid Asian spot."
