"Ordered through app. Arrived at store and drive thru was blocked with cones and all the doors were locked. An employee was waiting from the counter signaling they're closed. Had to walk to the drive thru and finally they said the computers are down and they can't serve anyone. Would not issue a refund even though order was paid for already. Reported the charge as fraudulent to my bank. If you want Taco Bell, just go to another store. ANY other Taco Bell is better than this one."
"An OK Taco Bell, staff is friendly, and efficient. The dining room could be a little cleaner for inside dining, and it’s a little offputting to have to be escorted to use the bathroom, when they could have just as easily given out a code to use the electronic keypad."
"I have to say I was a little disappointed here. I came for the Mexican Pizza which was great btw but I also ordered the new Spicy Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito. When I open up the burrito from the packaging the cheese was stuck to the wax paper and completely ripped off all the cheese on my burrito which is the point of the grilled cheese burrito is to have that melted cheese on top, it was stuck so bad on the paper I had to eat it without it."
