"What amazing food! The flavors were amazing, so much time and effort into each dish. We stopped going out to eat because the cost vs quality just isn't worth it anymore. But this restaurant was worth every penny. Service was great as well. Portion sizes? They were normal! Not excess large amounts with no flavor. Very impressed and will definitely be back. We came here as a family for my son's 16th birthday. He was very happy."

"We enjoyed a visit to Cielo for a Birthday celebration. It started a little awkwardly when our party of five was seated at a booth with an oddly place 5th seat in the aisle. We went on to enjoy, however, the fonduta and clams/mussels to start and various drinks as well as fresh, warm bread The espresso martini being the star of the cocktails. The dishes enjoyed were spaghetti and meatballs, (which the pasta was overcooked), short rib, chicken parm (both were cooked to perfection, with the exception of the spaghetti side on the chicken), Butternut squash tortellini, and the papardalle creamy bolognese. All of us enjoyed every bite. The vote for best appetizer went to the artichoke fonduta. Service was fantastic, although after our meals were served we really didn't see anyone again until we asked for boxes.to go and our check. A good value, tasty food and great service. Go!"

"Cielo was a fantastic start to our stay in Atascadero. Fancy feel without any of the pretentious attitudes, really made us feel special. The bar was especially impressive - Isaiah was a FANTASTIC bartender, along with the other bar staff who were very attentive and friendly! Unique drinks that are sure to impress and great food to pair. Will definitely visit again next time we’re in the area!"

"Easy on and off access from hwy 101, free easy onsite parking. Wonderful interior design, friendly casual efficient service, very good choice of food, wine & spirits. I had the vegan pasta, calabrese pizza and prosecco. Everything here was very nice, my new favorite Italian restaurant in SLO county!"

"Took my parents out to try this place for the first time. It was a very nice addition to our city. You could taste the fresh ingredients and all the food. Presentation was very nice atmosphere was wonderful. Already picked out our next meals when we come again. I do think that they have just a little too much sauce on their pasta dishes that was the consensus of our table. But very flavorful and love the fresh mozzarella on top. The ribeye meatballs were absolutely tender and amazing. Can't wait to come back and try the rooftop."
