"Times keep changing and you can no longer get a coffee at 6:02 pm at night. They close early… need to find another coffee place that serves coffee after 6 pm."
"This store is just a mess. First, they have a significant hours change but don't bother to update their hours on Google. Customers should not be responsible for submitting edits to Google about changes to hours at a Starbucks. Then, despite having two people here for an hour and a third for a half-hour before opening, when they finally do open, they're still not ready. I timed the first few cars and it was taking nearly 5 minutes per car, which is way to slow. It took 7 minutes for me to get my drink inside (I was only the third drink order). One of the girls (she seemed like the shift lead) was working really hard to clean before opening. The other two, however, looked more like they were moseying around like there was no rush to get anything done. Having ran a high volume coffee shop for several years, it's unclear why it took three people nearly an hour to get the store ready to open."
"I went today to this location today and the Door was locked at 6:00pm! Tf? The website says 8:30 and the door said 8:30 so why tf are you closed at 6:00 when everything says 8:30? How is this ok. If I did this at my job I'd be suspended or fired for fasly advertising for my company."
"I stopped in while I was on vacation because a dear friend mentioned she knew someone who used to work here. Well if they did they do not anymore! The current employee feel like they are BFF’s of Paris Hilton and somehow she left them behind because they are not going to fix anybody’s drink right or clean up anything and you cannot make them!!!! I could not believe the attitude and rudeness pouring out of these employees!!! I watched them screw up multiple orders and refuse to correct them! One weird tall guy sat in the lobby yelling at customers if they confronted the employees so I ended up leaving without bothering to order all together!!!"
"Worst customer service and coffee of ALL Starbucks coffee joints. I'm an avid lover of coffee and of Starbucks, but this group of employees not only got me SIMPLE drink wrong 1 time but 3 times in a row!!! IN THE SAME VISIT! out of principle and cost, I went back literally drove off and right back in after discovering it didn't have cream in my coffee as requested! AND they REFUSED to take my HOT coffee back, the one they got WRONG leaving me with a hot coffee I didn't want and having to dump it and throw away the cup myself. AND TOBTOP IT ALL OFF, AFTER GETTING MY COFFEE WRONG 3 TIMES IN A ROW (me stupidly leaving the drive through without tasting because of the line) and with the batista admiting to shift supervisor they forgot the creamer again on the seccond drive through and me waiting at leastn10 min each time.... THEY NEVER ONCE OFFERD ME A REFUND OR A GIFT CARD FOR A FREE DRINK! NERVER WILL I EVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION OF INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES! What was my complicated drink, may you ask? A venti Americano with added shot all shots LONG with heavy cream and 8 sugars STIRRED! all three times NO Cream one time no sugar all 3 times not STIRRED! How do I know it wasn't STIRRED... sugar was in the bottom and couldn't taste it. I've been a gold card member since 2001. It is customary and good business to be offered a free drink or drink on us card when a customer is upset or has to drive back to fix the drink. This took a good 30 min out of my trip having to come back, but it was principle! The same principle here leaving a long and frustrated review! The date of the drive-through was August 12 2023. Time was approximately 6 pm. They will remember this. I wasn't a jerk or rude but obviously mad especiallyafter being told they couldnt take the wrong hot drink back and levving me with hot drinks and nowhere to put em, and I did say it's not a difficult drink! I saved my anger for the review! Training! This location NEEDS customer service training! And to top it off, they were not busy."
