"This was my first experience with this spot, after discovering it whilst out on a neighborhood walk. Based on how quickly my lamb biryani is disappearing from my plate and how delicious the food is, I think I just discovered my new favorite food joint, right here in my backyard in N. Oakland. When it comes to food, the combination of delicious food, convenience, accuracy, great presentation and on point service, always gets my attention and my hard earned $. It does not hurt that the prices are competitive when compared to ordering similar items from other local food joints. I feel like a got a lot of yummy grub for my $60 which included their tip. Much appreciated. Keep up the great work and I’ll keep coming back. Peace."

"I was a little caught off guard. Because it's like a couple of garage stalls. Up front there's a litte front entrance were you pick up or place an order. Not to mention there are quite a few restaurants to order from. Once you get pass the Initial shot of where you are, it smooth sailing. I order from the moon bowl for my staff. The food was delicious and the wait wasn't bad. It took 12 minutes to receive our food. I guess this is going to be the new normal."

"There is no person at the counter, just a small room with kiosks and an entire wall of pick-up lockers. Waited a decent amount of time before calling out for help. Clerk then came out, saying "your name." As I was trying to explain my food hadn't come out, she cut me and repeated "your name?" She then went back inside to hand over the food that had already been sitting somewhere for minutes. Got food at 8:00. App's predicted time was 7:20-7:30. In the end, waited for more than 30 minutes. Food tasted good, but had to eat them in haste because of the unexpected delay. Not worth the time waste and rude treatment."

"In theory this is a great idea. In practice it’s going to fail. I’ve been here 4 times and only once it went smoothly. The staff working there are generally absent and quite rude. They literally put up a sign asking people not to yell for help because after you stand there blindly waiting over 10-30 min with no one to be found, your only option is to literally try to yell to the back begging someone to help you. IF anyone responds it is with an eye roll as if they’re doing you a favor by delivering on what you’ve paid for. Twice I ordered and it was canceled because the restaurant I ordered from wasn’t actually there. After waiting 30 min the woman comes out and tells me it’s cancelled then blankly stares at me. I have to ask, “ok what do I do since I got charged.” She says they “should” refund the order in 3-5 days but she has “nothing to do with them”. I ask who can confirm with me and she says “google the number”. I google it and it’s an inoperable number. I leave a message for the food hall and still no response. I’m addition, The pick up times they give after you order are not accurate. For the lack of refinement they could at least make up for it by simply being available and nice to people."
