"Unfortunately this was one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I have ever had in my life. I felt bad for the staff because I know that they were understaffed, and obviously very much in the weeds while I was there with the orders that were needing to be processed while I was there. They have adopted the new kiosk system for ordering and I had already placed my order and paid for it or I would have asked for a refund and just gone on with my day without any food or drink from McDonalds. As it was they limped together a couple of items I had ordered for me to take and I just wrote off the other items that they were not able to deliver to me. Hopefully they get the kinks worked out with the new kiosk system, and hopefully they can have a little bit more labor in the kitchen to accommodate the business."
