IHOP

"I ordered my food on the phone, I was told 10 minutes I went in 20 minutes, when I got there it was just coming up. The waitress was dealing with a family of six so I waited until she was finished. She never acknowledged me. She went to get the drinks for that table. After she finished she bagged my food and printed the receipt then laid the receipt on the table. She left me trying to pay her and went to go sit people who just walked in the door. I’m telling her I’m ready to pay, actually been ready to pay, and she telling me I have to wait. The food is cold and she thinks I’ll eat her cold food. I walked out and told her to keep the food. She has no social skills. She is not nice or approachable. Mean mugging. It was 3/01/24 approximately 6am when that happened."

"past negative reviews were probably right. This feels like a place that ownership is asleep. But our server Amanda was amazing. Hard working, advided us about menu, assured us this cook was good. She did a great job and should be rewarded for insuring that at least we had a different experience than so many of the reviews."

"The food was decent (fish and French fries) The cook mistakenly made shrimp which I hadn’t ordered but my waitress quickly fixed the mixup. Amanda was friendly and attentive. Even though she was the only waitress and had seated apx five tables I never felt overlooked. I’m writing this review in hopes that her manager will reward such a good server."

"It's way better than the one in Los Banos. Service most of the time is great, and the food quality is better with bigger portions. This is my spot even though I live in Los Banos. It's worth the 15-minute drive for better food, service, and bigger portions. Lots of parking with lots of seating."

"This was the first time to IHOP, and it was a bad experience. Took 15 mins to be seated. When I ordered my meal, it was raw. Sent it back and they sent it raw again. I couldn't eat my meal, so I sent it back again. It was horrible. The Mac and cheese was greasy also, and the mashed potatoes were nasty. They should fire the cook. They also didn't have butter for the pancakes or waffles, what I wanted originally. Won't ever go back to IHOP again. I'd rather eat the hot dogs from the TA."
