Nation's Giant Hamburgers & Great Pies

"The food was great and service was awesome!! Until I waited for my half chocolate cream pie and a different cashier was behind the counter. I swear she saw me but didn't even acknowledge my presence to say hey I will be right with you!! I must have waited a solid 10 minutes after I ate my food and cleaned my table before I went to ask for my pie. It wasn't until she saw another customer in line that wanted to order before she bothered to ask what I needed!! The way she asked felt like she had already known what I was going to ask. Because if she was going to take my order she would have started with welcome to nations can I take your order or would you like to try one of our pies??? Not what do you want???"

"This is the second time I have asked for a bacon double cheese burger and was charged for the bacon. I called and they asked to take a photo and they told me they had seen the bacon on the top of the bun. Where do u see bacon? The funny thing is she said or one of the staff in the background said they're bacon bits we never asked for bacon bits who puts bacon bits on burger."

"Great burger and great pies. They also have breakfast. If you need to get away from in and out. This is the place. The breakfast looked good too but the burgers is what I was recommended to have. I'd go back. The pie was great. Service was great. Small location so getting a table might be tough at lunch."

"Very friendly folks, hardly ever get anything wrong with my orders, good portions and tasty food...if not a tad overpriced but then...what isn't, these days...? Lol Located just down the block from the popular Oakland landmark Jack London Square, this location is convenient for many purposes and I don't know what time in the AM it opens but closes at 2 AM on most days, which makes it perfect for a night owl like myself. The neighborhood is mostly safe and clean and I don't feel especially unsafe in this extremely well-lit area at closing time."

"Came here during lunch and it wasn't even busy. They forgot to make my food so it took about 20 min of me waiting. Got the burger and was disappointed because the only reason why it is a Giant burger was the amount of lettuce, tomatoes and onions they put on. Also they put so much mayonnaise on it that the flavor over powdered everything, even the bacon."
