"First impression of this place really set the tone. Stay tuned for a round 2. Came here on a weekday and got seated right away for happy hour! A nice dim venue that’s not too dark. Plenty of seating inside outside and an upstairs part. Back to the happy hour. We went in and took advantage! Worth to get a good variety of food and drinks. You can do a mobile order and check out right from your seat which is fantastic if you struggle flagging down your server."
"Nola has terrific New Orleans cuisine in a lively ambience and plenty of seating both inside and outdoors. We went on a weekday evening and it was not busy at all - they don’t take reservations but it wasn’t an issue. We started off with the guacamole and chips, an excellent starter. I got the cauliflower taco as well which was great. The vegan jambalaya (beyond) was terrific, the flavors and spice levels were just right. Lastly, we ended our meal with some incredible beignets and syrup - the perfect finish. Highly recommend this spot!"
"This place reminds me of New Orleans. I use to live in New Orleans and it gave me nostalgia feel. If they played jazz music like the streets of Nola it would hit more. The hurricane drink was amazing. Definitely a two or more people drink to share. The jambalaya was great, you get to choose the spice level as well. Their Mac and cheese, gumbo, spicy shrimp po boy was also very good as well. If you want a taste of New Orleans with that southern twist, just stop here."
"This place has a Southern vibe (as the name suggests) and the food is quite good. We reached when the drag brunch was getting over and it was quite an event. The show was entertaining and people were cheering for them! Quite a lively atmosphere. The portions are small but taste wise we liked everything we ordered. The barbecued prawns were delicious and so were the nachos."
"Nora is amazing! The dishes she recommended were all incredibly delicious ❤︎ Especially, the jambalaya, garlic toast, and eggs Benedict were so delicious that I wanted to eat more! I will definitely go back again!"
