"I'm here, and it 720 pm, and its quite cold out (high of 53 today) with a wind. I asked twice kindly, once to a clerk, and once to a manager, if they could close the open front doors, as the wind was so strong our hair blew, and I have a pain response when I get cold; I'm older. The manager refuses my request, ststing the doors close when the store closes. I don't know...I may be silly, but when your customers are freezing and extremely uncomfortable, and you can solve this with no cost to yourself, it would show me that you cared about your customers. Nothing about his response made any sense, except he's a jerk. Dont come here. I am quite sure that if they don't care about their customers freezing, they certainly don't care about cleanliness and food safety....and, to end our cold uncomfortable stay, they blocked the access to the bathrooms, because they wanted to clean them before they closed, instead of waiting until customers had cleared. What a "fun" night. #Sarcasm"
