"they do what they want to do. they don't listen customer. i asked to replace two front tires and they saved one from the front one from the rear, put them in the front and installed two new in the rear. wasted my one usable tire."

"The tire and battery department is absolutely INCOMPETENT and I will never use them again. I went in to have a dead battery replaced. 15 minutes after I drop it off, they call and tell me they can't replace it. I asked why, and they said "We don't have the right tools." I then went out to my truck in the parking lot and using my standard tool set from COSTCO, I replaced the battery myself. I took the old battery back in and plopped it on the table in front of the guy and said "here's my old battery that you guys said you couldn't replace. I did it myself in your parking lot. You really need better tools. This is garbage. I'll take it up with corporate." The guy shrugged his shoulders and stared at me as I walked out."

"I went in tire get a tire patched. No cars in the bays and 1 guy was holding up a column. The other was busy they had been open for 20 mins. I was told they were very busy and couldn’t accommodate me and that I would have to make an appointment. I’m upset with the service here. Would not recommend it. I went to Les Shwab in Martinez. Keller took care of me, they were busy but I got my tire fixed and no charge. That is customer service Sam’s!"

"After 6 months of tire center being shut down for business, I made an appointment to get my over due tires rotated, only to be told they won't rotate the tires because the front tires were below the minimum standard. Nonsense the front tires had plenty of tread ! I went to another shop and they rotated the tires no problem for $ 39. Never again will I buy tires at Sam's ."

"Car battery died. Tried to call my mechanic and I went to him but he wasn't open! Someone mentioned that Sam's will install. Very helpful staff. Found the appropriate battery. Good price. I was quoted half hour wait time. I expected to be there longer but was pleasantly surprised when the car as done earlier. Friendly staff. Will go again."
