"I have low expectations to start with for Walmart auto center. But these employees and manager don’t want to do anything. You can pull up and they’ll tell you 2 hours for an oil change with one to two cars in the bay. And if you try and get tire service they will tell you 5 hours with nobody in the tire bay. It’s happen on multiple occasions now including today. It’s unfortunate and hopefully Walmart looks at their leadership and the math equates to loss revenue over the years the lube manager has been at the helm. Because they send away a lot of work with very inflated time estimates."

"Terrible service overall. No receiving area/office. No clerk. You wait in the parking lot. There were only 2 mechanics who were busy working so I waited just to ask a question. Then finally I asked where's the office and directed me inside the store which turned out just the cashier and doesn't process check in. Went back outside in the parking lot and waited again until someone approached me with a tablet to check me in. I had an appointment for 9am and was there 15 min earlier. Finally get a ticket and went inside the store to shop for more than 30 minutes. Went back to the tire center and my car was still in the parking lot! Finally past 10am they brought my car inside. But no one was working on it until 10:40 am. Then it seemed they all took a lunch break because not a single person was in the shop and my car was just sitting there for hours. 11:20am they finally started installing the tires. I don't know when they will finish because I'm writing this review while still waiting for my car. 9am appointment and was supposed to be done before 10am. The guy who was behind me without appointment got out before 11am. Already regretted why I bought tires here."
