"DO NOT USE!! Nissan of Vacaville service department it is a joke. 1st off they won't answer phones, you waste time calling & calling. Secondly when you finally talk to someone they lack explaining things & lack listening skills. They act like they shouldn't be bothered. GO ELSEWHERE! They either have people working here with no IQ & no knowledge of customer service or people that hate their jobs due to management."
