"They now have self check out. Line is now confusing because leads to both self check out and regular check out. Always great service at this Kohl's. And it has Amazon returns and orders - maybe they all do? But it's convenient. This Kohl's is located near Two Targets - one on each side of the freeway - and a Dollar Store and Serramonte Shopping Center and two more shopping areas! Makes it convenient when you are doing a lot of shopping in one day. Easy parking. Really friendly staff."

"I was returning items and the individual-African American female was quite rude and impatient. She processed one return and the second one she passed on to the other cashier as she said I don’t know what she wants. I find that quite rude and unkind. Maybe she should of asked the other cashier for help but in turn passes it for someone else to do. The second cashier was more understanding and took the time to figure it out. Turns out the African American lady clocked out and vacated the premises. She’s not suited for the position."

"They really need to upgrade the Big & Tall. It seems to not have much of a selection and limited. Us big folks need to look good too so make it happen! We got all shapes and sizes of people in the world."

"I was at the Colma location the past Sunday, I was impressed by the self checkout machines that Kohl's has installed. However, the Hispanic staff who helped at the self checkout stands showed discriminatory attitude towards me as Asian American customer. She was avoiding servicing me, refusing to explain the sales transaction showed on the checkout screen, tearing up my cash reward coupon before the sales transaction was over, refusing to provide me information of her name/employee #, accusing me of calling her name, and continuing to show improper customer service manner. I ended up talking to the manager of the day. She apologized for her staff's improper attitudes for a few times. She indicated that similar incidents have had happened on that employee from before. I let her know that I would file a complaint with the company. As the manager was talking to me regarding the incident, that particular employee continued to yell out at the self checkout area that she wanted to know my name. At a point, I felt intimated and not knowing if she would do any retaliation on me! I have been a loyal customer with Kohl's for more than 10 ten years. I have had never been poorly treated in such way. I would try to avoid visiting Kohl's especially at that location."
