"I stopped by my local Big O store to check tire pressure on my car.The first person that I crossed paths with was Craig. He was very friendly, greeted me with a smile and was more than willing to quickly check my tires. While checking them He explained what to look for as far as wear of your tires. During this conversation I inquired about replacing the two front tires of my car as I always error on the side of caution. Craig took the time to find the tires and get them ordered. I was informed of their arrival and made plans to drop the car off for installation. The car was finished earlier than promised, and the entire transaction was friendly, professional, and prompt. Craig is a great asset to Big O Tires, and in a world of hurry up and wait, I appreciate the time he took with me."

"I waited over 7 hours for my car. I went in for a simple tire change and wheel alignment. They claimed my car was “skipped” and reassured me my car would be next in line. Next in line lasted over 3 hours! Worst service I’ve ever received. All I got was a “We’re sorry” I will be contacting corporate and this entire franchise has lost a customer."

"Patched up a hole in my tire right before closing. $45 on the dot. The employees were friendly and inviting. Second car they’ve fixed of mine and still not disappointed! Definitely will come by with whatever I have next."

"I've been going to this location for roughly 7 years. Mostly oil changes and tires. Everybody is always very nice and professional. Service is adequate . I have an experience that really stands out though. My Volvo had broken down. They looked it over and advised me on their recommended course of action, which wasn't with BigO. I respected their professionalism and ability to send me elsewhere because they couldn't provide the services I needed. For that I have made a conscious effort to return."

"Happy with my customer service but not happy with the time it took to get the service done. I dropped my car off around 8:45am and it wasn’t completed until 2:30ish. I was told the tires were in stock and there wasn’t a need for an appointment. I expected it to take about 4 hours (beyond reasonable for a simple tire swap and alignment) but was waiting more about 6.5-7.5 hours. Once again. My salesman was great, but given the cost of everything and time spent waiting, it’s probably best to go elsewhere."
