"I've been bringing my cars to Eurasian for 20 years. Excellent customer service and workmanship. Sam is a professional and a family man that takes great care of his Eurasian customers/family."
"Top of the line mechanic, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, the mechanic will do a thorough check up of the car and look for possible breakdowns down the road. Clean auto shop premises, better to call ahead before you go, he may be unavailable working with other vehicles, appointments would be preferred, highly recommend."
"My Lexus had a loud noise like a muffler losing its connection on acceleration. I took it to three different shops; Sam diagnosed a broken engine mount right away."
"It's one thing to read a review about a repair where everything went more or less as expected. But the real test of a business is, "what happens when things do NOT go as expected?" In January of 2017, Sam replaced the alternator on my '95 Ranger with 215,000 miles on it. Last week on the way to Sacramento, the new alternator failed. A typical warranty is 90 days, and I was already double past that. When I called Sam, he remembered me (I was a first-time customer in January), and he said that he would "take care of it." When I explained that the truck was in Sacramento, and he was in San Mateo, he agreed that without a working alternator, even a freshly-charged battery would not likely get me back to the shop. He suggested that I "upgrade" my AAA membership to "Premier" that allows one 200 mile tow every year. At Sam's suggestion, I now have the peace of mind of additional service from AAA, *plus* a brand-new alternator installed at no charge with a sincere apology for the inconvenience. In short, the dude knows his stuff, and he stands behind his work--even though premature failure of an electro-mechanical part is clearly beyond his control. And Sam is a nice guy, too!"
"Good guy, great price quoted on replacing timing belt on Lexus SC400."
