Twice on my work van, no huge deal but today I saw oil under my wife's car and I told her to bring it back there and have them tighten it and top off the oil. She went there and they were "too busy" to fix their mistake. So we are just supposed to wait until the filter falls off and our motor siezes? I tightened it up myself. What the heck is going on there that they cannot properly tighten the oil filter??? Never going back..."
