"I'm a firm believer in the customer service team is key for the customer experience. As soon as I walked in, I felt uncomfortable. There was no greeting from either of the two staff, I was ignored for a couple of minutes. When finally addressed, the cold demeanor was extremely uncomfortable. No greeting. No smile. Didn't mention how long the wait was. And when it was ready, no words were exchanged. Not even a thanks or enjoy. The banana creme brule was okay. Tastey, but in no way worth the $10. There was no Boba available. The honey lavender tea smelled nice but had no flavor. Needless to say, I won't be returning."

"Amazing service and top tier food - Called to ask about vegan options because I have allergies and was ordering on doordash … they were so helpful and considerate on the phone and with the explanation and preparation of my order! I got a buckwheat crepe w strawberry, banana, PB and their vegan Nutella . 10/10 SO GOOD!!!!!"

"This is a modern and fresh restaurant that Watsonville really needs. The restaurant is clean and has friendly staff. We ordered the Jasmine Fruit Tea (plain) and it has a strong flowery taste. We also ordered two crepes - Egg and Cheese Crepe AND the Smoked Salmon Crepe. Both were very delicious."
