"Stop by on a Saturday morning. This spot is legit as can be. From the ambiance to the customer service and greetings when you walk in or walk up to the spot it is top notch all the way 100 out of 10. I am from Salinas and I would drive out all the way over here just to have breakfast because I can legit say it is one of the better breakfast spots in the entire county of Monterey and Santa Cruz included. Everything here is good from some American Staples and dishes to Mexican, food all of it."

"Our first time last Sunday 5/15 to Corralitos to try the Cadillac Café is just minutes from Watsonville CA. Great food , great prices, real tasty salsa and excellent coffee along with great customer service. A very clean restaurant inside and outside.. I had lunch and my husband had breakfast and big portions. We will be back real soon!!"
