"Bought a KitchenAid dishwasher from here, installed it myself, and turned out to be defective. I returned the dishwasher to the store and the associates never acknowledged the inconvenience or apologized for it and then they charged me for delivery for a replacement... So not only did I get a defective product, but customer service was subpar for the situation. If the next dishwasher doesn't work I'll just take my business to Home Depot."
"Offers military discount, friendly and helpful customer service. Only issue i have is , if there's and item at another store and you wish to have it shipped to your closest store. The fee can be double the cost of the item. Example a Carol Towne Christmas item that cost 69$ would cost me an extra 101$ to have it shipped to my local store."
