"We are from St. Louis and go to Downtown Joe's every year because of the friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, and great food! The owner Joe is very engaging and welcoming. "I enjoy all scales and types of venues and I give this place 5 stars. This is why: for a regular bar, The food is surprisingly good. They have vegan options, burger, pasta fries salad etc. They do not charge extra to sub a vegan patty! The beers and drinks are great. They bartenders are always friendly. They are always on point with service. They are one of the few places in Napa to have live rock n roll music every week. This is the closest to an Irish pub feel you will get in the area. Sit outside in back and get a great view of the river. It’s a definite staple."

"Very delicious little breakfast spot. The dining room that overlooks the Napa river is really quiet and nice. They have a great patio as well! The servers and waitress were so nice and accommodating for my toddler. I got the breakfast sandwich and swapped the cheddar cheese with Gouda. Omg - it was amazing. Highly recommend! Historical artifacts on the walls make this a quaint little eatery."
