"Best Buy is a relic of the past the same way Circuit City or Radio Shack are. Sellers used to know their product so well that if one were on the fence about buying something or wanted to be informed before doing so, salespeople could offer legitimate help."

"The worst experience I’ve ever had in a retail store. Apple sent me here for technical assistance with a new iPhone. I stood in line behind one customer where they sell phones for a long time while being completely ignored. Finally, I interjected to the guy and said hey is this where I wait for Apple technical service and he said yes so I patiently waited another five minutes or so. When I got to the front of the line, he told me I needed to be in another line, then I went in that line, but it was the wrong line and I needed to be in another line. When I finally got to the geek squad, people who were supposed to help me, the guy was incredibly impatient, as I was explaining the issue he waved his hands in a gesture of speed up and rudely said get to the point. even as I was talking at normal speed. Then he practically yelling at me telling couldn’t help me. When I said Apple said to come here, his response was to should “Apple says a lot of things and it’s not my problem” So I spent a half an hour of my time waiting and was basically told to F off."

"This store always seems to be in a state of dissaray. Every visit I make it always appears that there is some section of the store that is off limits and under remodeling. I went there a week before Black Friday to get my shopping done early and the entire video games department was off limits. I asked for assistance in just getting a Nintendo switch game and they told me that there were none on site. Odd for a video game reseller... I have been underwhelmed by Best Buy for a few years now. The staff aren't really the most approachable, knowledgeable or friendly. The Best Buy brand used to have value. It used to represent a leader in retail electronics. They are forgetting that the only reason why they are still in business is that they provide a physical location where there are staff on hand to help narrow down customer choices. Otherwise we will all just shop on Amazon."

I bought a laptop and a monitor within 5 minutes of closing thanks to this gentleman’s professionalism, courtesy, and kindness I could not recommend a better member of the company than James. Thank you Best Buy for providing the products you do."
