"The donuts are usually yummy and good! However I don’t think the service is the best. I think that some employees should be retrained for better customer service. I used to work in the food services before, so I can totally understand that when you’re overwhelmed and exhausted it can be difficult, but I think that with a little improvement on customer service and hospitality the environment would be much more welcoming :)"
"I couldn’t wait for the Holidays..they have my FAVORITE BACK..Cookie Butter Cold Brew. The foam is delightful and the cookie pieces make this coffee stand out above other simple cold brews. It’s a nice pop of flavor. Try it, but get their early before they run out of the cookie topping so your not disappointed."

"01/05/2023 - I was in the area so I had to stop to find out what the big deal was. First time ever visiting a Dunkin' Donuts. I ordered via the in-store kiosks. I got their signature latte (cocoa mocha flavor), a 5 piece assortment of their munchkins, and a dozen assorted to bring home. The latte was a bit too sweet for my taste. The munchkin flavors were jelly- filled, powdered sugar, glazed, chocolate, and blueberry. These were nice bites that satisfied my donut craving. I have simple tastes, so my favorite was the glazed, closely followed by the blueberry. Out of the assorted, I really like the sour cream donut and the French cruller. My server was friendly and helpful. I mentioned that it was my first time visiting, so she was very free in giving suggestions for what to try. I also noticed that the restaurant offers more than just coffee, tea, and donuts, as the menu offered a grilled cheese sandwich, various breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, wraps, snack bacon, a variety of muffins, and fritters. There's a lot on the menu. This restaurant is not located in my city, so I'm not sure if I'd seek it out. Thanks for a good initial visit!"
