"Not the greatest experience. My haircut was not very well done and had to be touched up by the wife. The receptionist was frustrated and rather rude. Ended up with water all down my back from the shampoo and was forced to run to the store and pick up a new shirt before going out for lunch. On a personal note, the backgrround music was absolutely horrible. There were little kids getting a cut with songs playing with quite a bit of language."

My youngest son was especially nervous but as soon as the Barber busted out the Spiderman cape it was game over. All my son's have loved it and we've been back a few times now. Refine is a great place for a kids haircut, Men's haircut and Beard Trimming! I've cut my own hair for 20+ years and this was my first time to a barber, and it was such a pleasant experience!"

"Refine is that place you go for a quality cut and the friendly environment. Ive been here a few times and both times have been great. They were able to squeeze me in this last time so make sure to call ahead and check for availability. The thing I respect the most is they don't rush just to get to the next person. Each person that's cut my hair has done a great job and carried a good conversation while doing it. You feel welcomed here. Can't wait for the next cut. Thanks again"
