"I have never been so disappointed with a nail salon. I was a walk in on a rainy Sunday. My husband and I just moved to the area and I was hoping this would be my new nail spot. I wanted a dip manicure with chrome. The same thing I already had on my nails. They said they could do it no problem. Fast forward to 2 hours later I am still sitting in the chair. They at this point had attempted to put chrome over my nails 3 times and it was turning out terrible like finger prints on a window. Probably because she was using her fingers to apply the chrome. A technique I had never seen before. She got so frustrated that she asked another nail tech to try the chrome application. Only this time they changed the chrome powder they were using to a red color when I had asked for pearl chrome. At this point I just wanted to get out of there and this was the 4th time they drilled my nails down to reapply the chrome powder. I was BLEEDING. She asked if it looked ok, I said "it is really red, not what I wanted but I guess it will have to do." She didn't even act like she heard me and continued the application. Looked so trashy. I left frustrated and in tears. Especially after having to pay $65 not leaving with what I wanted and so much wasted time. I tried to tell myself it's not that bad and will be ok to wear for a couple of weeks. When I checked out they did offer to remove it for free but I just wanted out of there. Here I am not even 48 hours later and the chrome is coming off. Now I'm going to have to pay another salon to remove this. I wasn't even going to leave a review but being out this kind of money and then having to pay to have it removed is really upsetting."

"I just went for the fourth time to this nail salon and I just wanted to say I love them. Every time I go in I bring a different design and they make it look great. They are also very friendly. Place is kept clean and music isn't too loud like at some places. Will be going here for a long time."
