"Went here with my kids and we had great customer service in the beginning but once we got our food it went downhill because we ordered the Louisiana Rub and we have ordered it at different locations and she gave us Original Hot. When we insisted she was not right she insisted she was right. So not to make a scene we just ate it. So we were disappointed because this location was 15mins closer to us."

"Generally good, but I ordered Louisiana Rub wings, which are supposed to be spicy. They gave me wings with literally nothing on them. Plain. No flavor. I'm pissed. I didn't think to check until I got home. I should know better, considering how many times this has happened at other places. I'm hoping they offer a free meal to make up for this, cause I can't afford to eat out a lot."

"Idk if these ppl are just slow or what but I damn near waited 30 minutes for 8 wings and some fries. Mind you I didn’t complain about the wait and sat through it quietly but when I finally got the food and went home I opened it saw that the fries were incredibly unseasoned and some were even raw like atp gimme a raw potato. The wings had no paper under them and weren’t even sauced right also half the sauce was spilled onto the box. Anyways don’t get food from this place they manage time horribly and only goof off on the job pls save your money and go somewhere else."
