My surprise was, that the cashier ordering my drink, and another person comes out and tells him, that he can't order a milkshake unless the order is large. I mean, they didn't sell me the stupid milkshake, because I had to order several combos!!! I must make a parenthesis here, because by no means are these people, they were busy. There were no people eating there not ordering anything at the time. It is incredible that a chain as renowned as the It is, their employees have a zero customer service attitude."
