"Had a flat tire on my chevy Tahoe it took them an hour being that they were busy to tell me my tire wasn't repairable and to make matters worse they told me it was a safety issue to put air in my tire ,but let me drive off their shop with my tire almost on the rim like that's not a safety issue in itself, and was forced to miss a day of work because they couldn't repair or replace the tire. I've never had that bad of an experience anywhere else I definitely don't plan on going back again to this location, mind you I've used them in the past the the rohnert park, and Windsor locations and have never had any issues with them"

"I was not happy with my alignment. The truck drove better with the old tires and without the alignment. I got new tires then had the alignment and it veered to the side after."

"Went in on a trip to northern California when my car developed a shudder and ask for an alignment and to rebalance the tires. They check the linkage then the tires and found the problem. Didn't need an alignment but a tire that had started to separate from the core. They were able to get me back on the road quickly with a couple of new tires and all is well.
