"always great service and a good selection of beverages. Food has been delicious. stopped in on Thursday and purchased a veggie burrito. I was surprised to see it was full of eggs. i didn't complain as they were busy and short staffed. My husband was happy to finish the burrito, but did not eat the eggs. I will ask more questions regarding ingredients next time before i buy. still love the place."
"Gotta say this is a hidden gem. Everyone else seems to go up to Point Reyes without realizing high-quality food and beverages closer by.cozy and classy. Not cheap but of course."
"Not sure why there are any negative reviews but my experience was perfect!!! I heard many compliments from other diners about how wonderful the main entrees were from the wild boar Ragu to the chorizo mussels... the happy hour menu is great and the oysters are are half price during this time also local from the oysters here in Point Reyes. The restaurant as I walked in had the most delectable smell of garlic truffle fries and they tasted as good as Due West smelled. Staff was beautifully hospitable from the host to bartenders to servers to busers....being from the south you don't expect to get hospitality the same out west but you sure can find it here. The restuarant is charming with relics and photos from times past in the Olema Valley. I highly suggest a stop here if you are staying or passing through."
"Nice standard restaurant. Particularly convenient if you are staying at the olema house. Wait staff was friendly and pretty attentive. The food was ok, but not great. The avocado deviled eggs replaced the yokes with guacamole, which has a very different flavor. The beef rib was fall of the bone tender, which was very good. They served it with potatoes, which were good, and pickled vegetables, which felt like they were just thrown on the plate to get some acid. More thought on how they were paired and presented would have been good."
