"Did not receive the correct food but was still charged for more. DOES NOT worth what I paid. Jianzhi lipu, bilei le. Ordered Taro Fanatics but received Taro Milk Tea, which has a lower price than what I paid. I got the milk tea and left the store at first, but after a few sips I realized it wasn't the milk tea I wanted -- the Taro Fanatics should have taro paste. Apparently that was not Taro Fanatics but simply Taro Milk Tea. So I went back and was just wondering if this is the correct drink. The employee was mean, she kept saying "you have drunk it," even before I spoke out my question. I showed them the picture of Taro Fanatics but she insisted that they only offered one type of taro milk tea, while there were two options on the ordering machine. In addition, they charged me for a 15% tip without displaying the options on the payment machine or mentioning that. This would be acceptable if the drink was the correct one. I have been facing a lot of stress in my life, and today I just want a taro paste drink. What did I do wrong? Maybe it would have been a good time if I ordered something else. This should be a pleasant Thanksgiving but now I am feeling so depressed by this experience. WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN."
"The boba was delicious, but lacked ice. The staff were friendly. The place though was not very appealing. Chipped walls, ripped and dirty sofas, no place to sit for customers. It overall needed an update."
"Ordered a large Lychee Rose Royal Tea and asked for light ice and half sweet. I did get the light ice but it was still horribly sweet, the tea was OK. I just don’t think it was worth the $6 I paid. The place also looks really run down."
"The first time we went, we didn’t enjoy it, but this January we started going a lot ever since. We usually get the Amber Pearl Latte, Peach Royal Tea, and the Pearl Milk Tea. We really enjoy going to this place. We literally go here everyday! They always order perfectly with our drinks. The only thing is that it’s pretty pricey, but we still love it!"
"The shop is pretty spacious compared to other boba/tea places I've been to; there are about 8 tables with chairs & comfy booth seats. There is one bathroom, for customers only. The parking is a little cramped in this little plaza, but if you park a little further, it's not bad. I like that this location is next to Fire Wings and across the street from Walmart. I love the honey peach smoothie with lychee coconut (add-ons are +$0.50, except the popping boba, soy milk, almond milk, and agar pearls are +$0.75). They have a wide variety of teas and smoothies, and decent add-ons. They offer snacks, like fries, popcorn chicken, egg puff, takoyaki, and calamari. They started offering a couple ramen choices also (black garlic and tonkatsu). When I go at lunch time, this place is not very busy, which is another plus."
