Dunkin'

"My first time ever rating a business. But this place is Horrible. From the rude cashier with braids ignoring costumers, having his pants under his rear end exposing his underwear. The cuss words being used with the other worker, especially the brother with the braids. I waited 35 minutes for a regular coffee and sandwich, and they still got my order wrong. Never again!"

"On this historic day, marks the first and the last time I will give Dunkin Donuts my business. We ordered and waited THIRTY minutes for two coffees and some food. I know what you’re thinking, was if a rush? No. There was no rush. Only one gal who ordered a small coffee and donut. Who got her food in a timely manner. It was so evident that there was no communication between those who were working. I saw my coffee get made TWENTY minutes before they finally gave it to me. By the time we received our food, it was past the point of wanting it. We missed our event we were headed to because it took so long. They just kept taking more and more orders without completing a single one. What a terrible experience."

"I gave 3 stars because every time I go there and order I get "We out, we ain't got that either". I know it's not the workers fault but the company need to do better. We usually settle for something after waiting. I understand some time but not majority of the time."

"Clean store. Surprisingly wide selection of food and drink for bfast. Awesome crew with unsupportive manager. On Oct 30, 2023 at 12pm I placed an order through kiosk, because the 2 crew I saw looked busy. The drive thru and the counter were busy, plus orders were coming in through online apps. I waited 10-15 minutes for my order. During that time, the drive thru was full, there were 3 online orders, and one person in counter left to order. Despite all of this, i heard the manager announce she was going to the bathroom. She came back for a minute or two to instruct the 2 overextended crew. Then the manager came out from behind the store service area and into the lobby and barked, "my store is looking rough. We need to clean up out here," before she escaped through a door connecting between Dunkin and the Extra Mile. I did not see her return by the time the super friendly crew handed me my order. I understood they were short handed amd unsupported by their barking absent manager. Yet they kept composure and maintained professionalism, and even acknowledged how long I was waiting. The misplaced manager has a golden team. (While in college, I worked for 5.5 years as a McDonald's crew and crew-trainer for Dennis Grasspointer in Stanislaus County California between 1995-2001. My managers Ralf, Minerva, Dana, Sherry, and Jorge, among others were always supportive which made the job enjoyable. I felt bad for these crew, which is why I posted this review. I know good crew when I see them. I also know when managers are in need of coaching.)"

"Shift change was far more important then any type of customer service. After finally getting our food the croissant was burnt, there were 4 smooshed hash browns and the latte was basically just milk. Such a bummer"
