"Had a nice evening out at Sugo. We dined indoors and had the chicken parmigiana and beef lasagna. The portion size of the parmigiana is large. We plan to order it again to share.The chocolate souffle for dessert was yummy. We had the burrata salad for an appetizer. It was creamy and yummy."

"Food: The foods taste delicious! The bread is house made and very firm, and baked perfectly. The pasta are well cooked and balanced with just about the right amount of sauce. Need to give a special highlight to the meatballs. The house made meatballs are fantastic, it gives us another level of taste buds journey in the homemade marinara sauce! Service: we chose to sit at the patio, which can be entered from the back of the restaurant. The staff warmly welcomed us and checked on us from time to time though it’s a bit far from the indoor seats. Ambience: not fancy but nicely done."

"10/10! Amazing! So authentic and delicious. Fantastic Italian wines, food is amazing. The staff is so great! Such wonderful gluten free options. I couldn’t believe it was gluten free!! Enjoyed the appetizer special of polenta with mushrooms then moved on to the bolognese with gluten free pasta and topped it off with one of their special desserts. So yummy! Can’t wait to come back with stretchier pants!"

"Great Italian Pizza place. The pizza is thin crust and crunchy with the right amount of ingredients (and not a lot of cheese which I personally like). The spaghetti Carbonara is tasty, I wish they'd add green peas to it too but still super good. The wine selection is limited but appeasing, the backside patio is cozy and cute and we feel welcomed every time we eat here. Prices are decent too considering everywhere else in the Bay Area & Santa Cruz."
