"DO NOT GO HERE!! Horrible customer service. 50% service cancelation charge - NO exceptions. Had a family emergency, called as soon as I knew I couldn't make it to reschedule, had an appointment the following day I was going to make. Was told there were no exceptions and that they would charge my card for 50% of the service cost. They said they would have a manager call me the following day, but never received a call. Called in, spoke to a manager who basically told me that she didn't care the reason or that I called as soon as I knew or that I had been a client there for 2 years and have never canceled before, was rescheduling and had an appointment the next day. She was very cold and would not budge. They do not care at all about their clients"

"This is a nice salon, but the management is incredibly strict/inflexible on their policies and made me feel as if they don’t care about me as a long term customer - beware no exceptions will be made if “life” happens to you. I am an incredibly loyal customer to my hairstylists, with a goal of creating a long term relationship with them. My last hairstylist I saw for 10+ years and actually continued to see her after moving to Nashville until she chose to exit the salon. My former stylist recommended Dana at Local Honey, and I couldn’t be happier with her. Last month, I had pregnancy brain and was on my way to my appointment at the wrong time. I was told I couldn’t come 20 mins late even though my haircuts are extremely short as I don’t get my hair washed or styled. I was charged the full price of my haircut for being late. They wouldn’t work with me to accommodate me that day nor did they give me a discount for immediately rebooking the next day, per their policy. I tried to work with management to explain the situation and I was told that no exceptions apply. As a relatively new customer, I was extremely displeased that they weren’t willing to work with me for an honest mistake. Prior to this experience with management, I would have rated this salon with a 5 star review."
