"I wanted to add some Oreo on my chocolate shake but the app didn't have that option. So I pulled up to the drive thru and asked for the same. They said I cannot do it as they don't see an option on their screen to add an extra charge. Usually for any such topping McDonald's charges 40¢ but when I said I can pay extra directly as I placed a mobile order they said it is 75¢. I was fine with that. When I pulled up to the window they asked me to pay 6$ even which I didn't understand as I already paid for my order. I know apps exist for food ordering but food ordering does not exist only because of the app. Humans can do any customizations but they just want to stick to what their system allows. I left my wanting to have Oreo on the chocolate shake and took a regular shake from my order."

"So this is how my Sunday morning went with McDonald's I left from Sonoma McDonald's and came to Lincoln road East because Sonoma didn't serve breakfast until 11:00 and it was 10:30 so I made it to Lincoln road East ordered a steak McMuffin without cheese only to get all the way home and find out it's a bacon and egg McMuffin drive all the way back and they tell me they have no more steak and stopped serving breakfast! Worst experience ever now no breakfast sandwich and a waste of my gasoline and time! I will be cooking my own breakfast from now on great job losing a customer."

"I stopped in here to use the bathroom because it's right off the freeway. The restrooms were surprisingly well stocked, clean, smelled good, and accessible. This made me want to order something. The food was hot and fresh. Customer service was friendly. The lobby and tables were clean. Free parking lot with parking stalls but parked cars already in them. Drive thru line available.Would go again."

"Literally the juiciest, tastiest, freshest QP Cheese burger I’ve ever had in my entire life and I’ve had many. Maybe I just got lucky and it happened to fall on the perfect slice of a normal distribution, or maybe there is an undiscovered genius on the patty table because by god this was one life-changing meal. Will never look at McDonald’s the same way again. Worth a cross-country journey."

"The worst experience in customer service, we were told to use kiosk when he was at register. We have to insist so they will take our offer. Was this the manager policy. They do not deserve even 1 star."
