"This has been far the WORST person I’ve ever had at my house. Not only is he not Consistent but when he put appliances in as they are not functioning. He was very aggressive and lazy. 0-10 would not recommend. I rather be cold then have him come to my house."
"I called Pioneer fireplaces and awnings to schedule an appointment. I talked with the owner. He said he could come out, but needed authorization from my landlord first my landlord called back less than an hour later gave him authorization. This all happened on a Wednesday. I called the owner back on Friday, he told me to call back on Monday. I called him on Monday morning he told me he was having breakfast that he would call me back proximately five hours later. He calls me back and said he cannot come out unless he has another job in Clearlake Oaks but if I wanted him to come out , he would charge me an extra $500 I guess it cost him $500 to drive from Kelseyville to Clearlake Oaks This company is a joke, whatever happen to good service work."
