Del Taco

"Ordered 3 bold burritos, two with onions and one without. They made them all with onions. I went back and they “fixed” it. As I opened the burrito I noticed they forgot to add the white sauce. I checked the other two and they had forgotten it on them as well. I go back in and asked if bold means just adding fries or fries and sauce. Confirmed it means fries and sauce so I told the manager it was missing the sauce and she said “it’s on there”. I told her it wasn’t and showed them. Then they tried to take the burritos back to add it. I ended asking to get it on the side as the person who tried taking it was also the cashier dealing with payments. This isn’t the first incident here and I’m not one who complains AT ALL, but that was just terrible. Had the customer service been better I wouldn’t have complained but not even that was so good."

"The staff was very friendly. I don't know if they're overworked or understaffed, but I had to wait for what seemed at least 1 whole song on the radio before someone came and took my order. The food was prepared relatively quickly but incorrectly. We ordered no tomatoes and added sour cream on two del tacos. They added a generous amount of sour cream to each Taco, but the tomatoes were there as well. After picking the tomatoes off and making a heck of a mess inside the truck, the food was very good. It was what we expected. While inside doing the ordering, the place felt kind of scuzzy a little bit dirty and old. It's not the best Del Taco we've been to..."

"I just have to share their new employee Irish is the best customer service I have had in a long time. Even though our food was taking awhile and you could tell she was newer she was the sweetest, nicest, and best customer service person I have delt with in awhile. They need to keep her around."

"Don’t expect hot food when ordering here. I ordered fries, which were just over room temperature. When I went back to inform them of this, I was informed that I had to specifically request fresh fries when ordering otherwise this is what I was gonna get. What?!? No! And when I incredulously tried to explain to the person at the window that getting hot fries was a reasonable expectation, I was informed that it had been a policy set by the owner."

"I ordered the 2 for $7 double Del burger special. The bun was stale on 1 burger and the slice of tomato on BOTH burgers was the size of a quarter. I ate 1 burger anyways and drove back to restaurant to get a normal size slice of tomato for the second burger. After politely asking the Manager for a normal slice of tomato..she refused and blamed it on the slicer(unbelievable). All this took place October 22, 2023 at around 5pm. This Manager's attitude clearly shows she does not care about customer service or quality control. I think the franchise owner of this restaurant should be very concerned."
