"Giving someone a look as if they are dumb because they are asking for a soda that’s almost a quarter empty to be filled to the top (I did pay extra for a large drink) is honestly so unprofessional, and y’all weren’t even busy but you legit gave me a regular taco with some of those crunchy chips instead of a double stacked taco is so lazy on your part, looks nothing like the double stacked doesn’t have the soft shell on the outside or the cheese. I spent my hard earned money on a meal for my family after I’ve been driving all day and doing a project with my kid and I haven’t eaten yet and to come back home to eat and open the only thing I got for myself because I wanted to try it and you guys didn’t even make it right."
"I have patronized your business in Red Bluff for the past 6 years. I live 6 mi. away from there and after several orders that were incorrect I have now have to empty bag to check order b4 I drive away. Several times I had to ask for my drinks! The employees have always been polite and friendly but seem to lack proper training reflecting their numerous mistakes. Your prices are off the charts. The Street taco trucks gives a better product and cost less now. I guess your new look is being financed by your customers. It's too bad."
"They consistently make my order wrong with mistakes on specific items, missing items, wrong items, etc. Prices have risen significantly but quality is down and portions are smaller. Taco Bell in the past has been my favorite fast food but not anymore. I'm tired of going through the drive thru and get down the road just to find out my order is wrong."
"The place is so industrialized. Felt like a hospital cafeteria. Not very warm or inviting to sit and enjoy a meal. Not that the meal was to be enjoyed. Burrito tasted of chemicals and I’m not even 100% sure the gave me the vegan nacho cheese I ordered or the regular kind. My dog enjoyed sharing the nacho fries. I ended up getting sick. Got what was expected and only giving it two stars because of the awkward teenager working the counter. The wanted to charge me for onions instead of subbing them for the cheese (more expensive) I had taken off. Won’t be returning."
