"Their baristas don’t know how to make latte, the barista gave me burnt milk with espresso and called it latte. I don’t like the scene she made in front of customers. Chain of Starbucks are getting worse and worse, I never like Starbucks because they coffee is getting so bad."
"It’s Starbucks what can I say. Unfortunately they can’t hold on to good employees because the cost of living in this area is so high. As soon as I get to know a barista well enough for them to do my drink right they move on. Due to a constant turnover of staff I ranked them 4⭐️and that was generous."
"Yeah there's one here too. Nice staff, fast service, no lip. Small hard to find a seat, but nice spot overall for coffee."
"My very first time to give a zero rating (details below)! And no, their rudeness cannot be attributed to busy peak hours; other than the fact that it was an hour or so from opening time, it is unacceptable to be rude at all times. 3* For having locally made healthy food items for sale, but took a star off each for quantity of items not filled close to full volume, and for the price. 1* for the manager that lacks professionalism when asked about the price that the other employee didn't realize was posted on the wall already. 0* for emoloyee/employees and their customer-friends' rudeness, having to knock at the restroom door while a paying customer was clearly doing restroom-related "business" (it's not always that people use the restroom just to do the#1; allow time for#2). 0* for not having toilet liners."
