Then we got a call telling us we need a new tire that the tire is separated. How did you dunk my tires and not see it was separating. It’s not let’s get these vehicles out as fast as we can. It should be based on safety. The techs there need training on safety! My car should have not left that shop with the condition the tire was in!!!!!"
