Starbucks 744 Irving Street, San Francisco, CA 94122

"Starbucks has always been fine but recently they have a policy of no outlets at any of their locations. Was hoping to dip in to get out of the rain, get a coffee and charge up phones but this wasn't possible as all outlet were covered. I don't understand this practice as starbucks is basically an internet cafe but perhaps internet will be the next thing to go in order to keep people out of the space. Corporations will complain that brick and mortor locations are empty and claim economy and crime but in reality it is their greedy practices that deter the consumer. Staff was not friendly and seemed hostile to some of the other guests."

"I came here to work and study. I would not recommend. They have all their outlets covered so you cannot plug in your laptop. Their mobile order pickup is not timely. I had to flag someone down and point at my items behind the counter because mobile orders have to be handed to you. They’re not in the open like other locations. What was frustrating about this is employees would come up to place more items in the mobile order section and divert eye contact. I was really disappointed. Usually I can rely on Starbucks when I’m traveling to be a place I can study and get work done. This was not the case. Off to a different coffee shop!"

"The drinks from this store are wildly inconsistent and the service is incredibly hit or miss. Unless they have a barista designated to dole out mobile orders, be prepared to be ignored while they make drinks and stare at you awkwardly while you try to flag them down. Just this morning I ordered using the mobile app, a single vanilla cream cold brew, and I was notified that it was ready within minutes. When I got there, the baristas ignored me waving at them and asking for help, and then when I did get someone's attention, my drink was practically all coffee, no cream. This isn't the first time I've had an experience like this, it's just a disappointment. Do better."

"The staff at this particular Starbucks not the friendliest. Customer service is not their strength. The location is nice and the place looks clean and nicely decorated. There is plenty of space indoors and outdoors. If you chose the seat indoors the chairs available to you are in decent shape and kept clean. Outdoor seating is nice and pets are allowed in this area. An advantage to this Starbucks is its proximity to Golden Gate Park."
