"I would not listen to the negative reviews. My transmission messed up while I was in the area visiting from Sacramento, they had a full schedule but they understood my situation and were able to take a look at my car the same day! They even went as far to try and help me book a rental car and a place to stay for the night Incase they had to order parts. Thankfully, it ended up being a minor fix and I was out the same day, and the repairs didn’t break the bank either! Thank you all for saving my butt or I would have been stranded out here. Highly recommend!!"

"The bad reviews are true. They do not care how long it takes to complete simple labor. They had my duramax diesel for almost a month to do a days worth of labor. I will never bring work to this shop again. The only reason I took my truck here is because it was close but it would have been worth it to get it towed anywhere else."

"They care about putting quality parts but are unable to keep their repair time accurate not even close. Was told it would be read on Friday, they had it on Monday. Friday came not even started as the quality part they needed was hard to find, OK this is except able delay. Would have it by Tuesday, Tuesday came still not started as the only person who can work on specialty transmission was very sick have it my Friday and still not ready there seams to be a problem have it Monday and still not ready so now it's Tuesday and not even the courtesy of a call saying it's still not ready 15 work days and not call on a update. One per there very rude and uncaring. Don't like it if you complained about them not getting the job done on time. My bro5 has my truck till they get his done he lives out of the area and I was told too never call them again case I told him his stock went way down. In other words my opinion of there company. How can one recommend such a place, oh one other thing this same person told me last week when I complained about the delay you'll get your truck back. In other words it well be done when it's done and he could care less how long it took. Is that how he mentioned it? Your gusset is as good as mine. So if you don't care how long it takes to get your transaction fixed then they would be the one to go too if not then go somewhere that can do the job right but in a timely manner."
