"My battery was jumping around under the hood and pulled a cord out that was necessary for use. I've had it rigged up nicely for a while and was putting off getting it fully repaired because I was nervous of the cost and time. Today was the day to know the cost and I was kindly directed here. I was given excellent service immediately. He (I believe his name is Mike because I read it on an award and I forgot to ask) knew exactly what needed done, ordered the part, and repaired my looming problem.
