"I was here at 4 AM with no car on the drive-thru took 4 minutes for the person to take my order plus another 6 minutes to get my food they asked me to go to spot number 1 to wait for my food.. The person taking my order asked me 4 times for my order, bad customer service."

"Was at the drive-through last night, and apparently, there was an employee inside who did not want to take orders. One car was ahead of me, and he was also ignored."

"I went very hungry they seamed like they were mad cause not only they took all my orders wrong they forgot my French fries and messed up my friends and my milkshake cause it was supposed to be oreo shake it instead they gave us mint never going there again"

"Went to get an order. Had to tell the guy my order 4 times. He couldnt even comprehend what i was saying. He only handed me half my order then when i asked for the rest of my items it was like he didnt even know what was going on. The employees looked like they were all high or something. I asked him 6 times to take the fulñ glass of ice and fix it since i had ordered light ice due to sensitivity and he ignored me. It took him 20 minutes to ring my order and charge it then hand me a whole wrong order. I will never come here again."

"I don’t typically leave a negative review unless it’s absolutely necessary. This is one of those times. Been here several times, and each visit has been unacceptably slow for a “fast food” restaurant. During my latest visit, the wait time was almost 15 minutes with NO cars in front. There was no explanation of why my order came out late, just a half effort apology. Unacceptable."
