Starbucks

"Who doesn't love coffee any time of day! There are so many varieties to choose from, and so many temperatures as well (hot, ice, blended). Today, for me, was a frappuccino and pastry. They both were absolutely delicious! Although the prices are always high at starbucks, they do have a membership card, which will allow you to gain points that can later be used to buy drinks, foods, or products, almost like a video game! Lol The atmosphere inside was nice to sit and visit with friends while enjoying my beverage. Starbucks is an oldie but goodie and will hopefully never go out of business. Please coffee up there often."

"The store was dirty, the staff was disengaged with customers, and no napkins in the lobby. My friend and I were there for a while and no one ever filled them up. They did not appear busy enough to warrant such a lack of attention to the customer experience."

"This Starbucks feels utilitarian at best, and not very cozy. The service is pleasant and fast with a lot of smiles. The food is OK, and it's clean for the most part. Some tables were left with crumbs on them for the entire 40 minutes we were there."

"I’ve been her multiple times and it’s always the same, employees with a nonchalant, no sense of urgency attitude. Drive threw so busy that they don’t even care to take care of the dining area costumers. Not only did it take over 5 minutes to acknowledge me at the register but after I ordered it took 19 mins to get my drink when there was only 4 Customers in the dine in area and on top of that it was only cold brew. Fire alarm going off with noise explain what’s going on and the managers just walking around barking orders not belong not giving customer service"

"It is so refreshing to go to a business where everyone is nice. I am greeted both days that I have been here. Super fast service and very cordial folks, Tess and Sierra were very cordial and it was very much appreciated. Definitely recommend."
