"I was told they had the slim tumblers and could not launch them til tues. I went there 430 am and the sign said they sold out! What kind of managment runs this place or did the workers decide to buy them when they closed the night before. Don't tell people that the manager will not sell them til a certain date then dont have them the day you said you will sell them. What a waste of time, gas, and sleep. Starbucks seems to hype things up and only sell a few at a time. Suckers like me fall for this everytime. Not anymore keep your $30 tumbler I will take my business somewhere else that actually cares about costumers and are honest! I will go to Five below store and get my grandson the glow in the dark tumbler. Who cares that is doesn't have Starbucks logo. If I could give Zero stars for this Company I would!!"

"Visited on my way back to San Francisco from Lake Tahoe and I had a great experience! The barista, Amber, provided a quick service and added in some banter into our interaction. It’s moments like this that add joy to my day and I’ll definitely stop by again when I’m in the area Thanks again for the help today Amber!"

"Worst Starbucks experience ever! Waited in the Drive-Thru for a half an hour finally went inside and there was only two people in the lobby. After waiting in the Drive-Thru for a half an hour we finally got our drinks and they tasted like ice water with zero flavor. I'm not sure what was going on but obviously there is a lack of management and capable capable workers."
