"My husband and I were super satisfied for years with this company. Been knowing of the owner Cedric Colman for years and never had any major issues up until we added two new Carson the policy towards the end of 2023. A new name was listed on our policy for 2.of our vehicles that should not be there. The person first name appears to be the young lady name Latoya who helped us set up the policy. I'm so disappointed in how these people in this office has handled this issue and speaking with Cedric Colman has been impossible for months. We are so disappointed. Fees have gone up 2 months higher than ever. Getting help with multiple hands working in our accounts is down right upsetting and I'm hoping the issues we have are resolved soon. Especially, with all the money we've paid to this company for their services. I have spoken to Alonso, Latoya, Joy, and Chari concerning issues with our policy. I'm told by Latoya who first name appears on our policy after she added our new vehicles, that the underwriters are the blame. After speaking with Chari, the staff seem confused as to why fees are being added on our account and how these charges are happening. I have called more than 3 times for help. They're asking for payment but noone is really able to explain why the account is inaccurate in the first place. I called billings on a few occasions but was transferred back to Cedric Colman's office. We need to have car insurance and will pay our bill but we definitely need to find better services if this matter is not handled soon."
