"Swindlers. Do not come here unless you want to be told you cannot use your warranty. I had a ball joint go bad a week after receiving the alignment (I was not notified of the possibility of a bad ball joint), and after replacing the ball joint, I attempted to use my one-time warranty to re-align my vehicle properly. This establishment said that I could not use the warranty. I have called around at another Firestone location describing this exact situation, and was told that I would be able to receive the alignment for free with my warranty. The day I got my alignment, they were attempting to get me to replace tires, engine filters, and fog lights instead of telling me ther was any issue with the ball joint. This place WILL take advantage of women, especially if they are young, I urge you to be careful."

"I had a 7:15 appointment and I got in and out quickly. They saw that I needed an oil change and that my cabin air filter was filthy and brought that to my attention. I was able to get my oil changed and my air filter changed and still was able to get out quickly."
