"Do not buy any gaming consoles from this GameStop or the one in North Jackson Tennessee. They do not honor their return policy. They will only give you gift cards. I only had the console for less than 2 weeks. Tried using it last night and will not read disks. Then, the gift cards isn't even for the full amount. I spent $307 and only got $239 on the gift cards. This isn't right at all. And didn't even honor the warranty on one that I bought a year ago and paid for a 2 year warranty. Even says it has a 30 day return policy on the box itself. Not a 30 day gift card or store credit policy."
